Off snowboarding and partying for a whole week in less than 12hours! Fresh snow just fell. Its going to be epic! Booya!

Tried my hand at pole vaulting at the Exeter athletic arena yesterday. Got the hang of it quite quickly and it was really fun. bendypole

I'm keen to do the Parkrun.com 5km race in Exeter tomorrow morning at 9am. Anyone else keen? Takes place at Killerton house national trust.

Charity comedy show

A group of doctors, physios and pharmacists got together to do a comedy show in Barnstaple to raise £1,200 for the North Devon Hospice. This is the compilation of all the scenes that make up the sketch called 'The Walk to Petter Ward'. This ward is in a different building to the main hospital just across a car park and not actually that far! Enjoy :-)

Alpe d'Huez snowboarding

I had a great time in Alpes d'Huez. This was an epic ride through the snowboard park there. It included an amazing waterfeature!
