Charity comedy show

A group of doctors, physios and pharmacists got together to do a comedy show in Barnstaple to raise £1,200 for the North Devon Hospice. This is the compilation of all the scenes that make up the sketch called 'The Walk to Petter Ward'. This ward is in a different building to the main hospital just across a car park and not actually that far! Enjoy :-)

Alpe d'Huez snowboarding

I had a great time in Alpes d'Huez. This was an epic ride through the snowboard park there. It included an amazing waterfeature!

Snowboarding

Today I head out to the slopes of Alpes d'Huez in France for an epic week of snowboarding. I'm nervous and excited at the same time. Not only has my friend cancelled last minute so I'll be going alone but last time I went snowboarding I fractured my ankle in a place that could've caused problems. I fractured my Talus in a place that the resort doctor only saw as a scenario in his finals exams at med school! The risks of the bone undergoing avascular necrosis was huge. It is basically where the fracture causes interruption of the blood supply so that the bone could die requiring major surgery and probable long term limited use of the ankle.

Anyway I've never left fear stop me from doing anything.
Here I come!
